For the discharge of sewage into the sea, it is also necessary to consider the impact of wind waves and ocean currents. The bank outlet is simple in structure and can directly discharge sewage into the water body, while the new outlet is composed of underwater sewage conveying pipe (steel pipe, cast iron pipe, etc.) and discharge head. The role of the discharge head is to discharge sewage from the sewage pipe into the water body, which is often divided into two types: centralized discharge head and decentralized discharge head. The sewage conveying pipe and discharge head should be firmly fixed at the bottom of the water body or laid in the pipe trench opened at the bottom and fixed by sinking or rockpiling. A simple sedimentation tank and a pressurized pumping station are standing in front of the discharge outlet in the center of the river. After treatment and pressurization, the sewage is sent into the sewage conveying pipe and then discharged into the water body through the discharge head.
