Several Ways to Avoid Interference With Online Analyzers
Date:2025-03-17 Browse: 18

The purpose of using the water quality online analyzer is to grasp the change of water quality in real time, and then make a judgment on the overall situation of water quality to see whether it meets the standard. However, in the process of use, it will inevitably be affected by external interference, which will affect the normal work of the online analyzer.

If the analyzer is not disturbed, water quality testing is not difficult to operate, but some exceptions are not ruled out. Sometimes, poor water quality or other reasons will lead to problems in the test results of the instrument, even if it will get an accurate analysis result, but the time and cost in the middle will be relatively high, so what we should do is to avoid these disturbances, which will reduce a lot of unnecessary trouble for ourselves!

Common Ways to Avoid Interference With Online Analyzers

1.Keep reagent bottles, containers, bottles, test tubes, comparators and hands clean and dry. Remove any spills and dripping problems before starting the test to prevent cross-contamination between reagents due to irregular operation, thus affecting their normal work.

2.Remove the fresh water sample in a clean container, rinse the sample container with water, and obtain the relevant sample from below the surface.

3.Avoid getting close to the water inlet to prevent water inlet sampling problems. Please do not test the water immediately after shock or other chemical additives

4.During the working process of the online analyzer, it is necessary to install the manual for operation, including the intermediate interval time. If visual colorimetric detection is performed, white or center color is used as the background. Avoid monitoring at the top or bottom of the instrument monitoring range, as these parts of the range are often less accurate.

5.After the test, be sure to clean up in time and place the instrument in a cool and dry place.
