System Overview

 

UV method, also known as ultraviolet COD online analyzer, can achieve rapid, accurate and economical online determination of COD in water samples. The basic measurement principle of the instrument is based on the absorption of ultraviolet light by organic matter in sewage. Organic compounds containing conjugated double bonds or polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons can absorb ultraviolet light when dissolved in water. Therefore, by measuring the absorption of ultraviolet light by these organisms, we can assess the extent to which the water is polluted by these organisms. Application areas include drinking water, surface water, industrial process water, sewage treatment and other fields. It can be used to continuously monitor the organic pollution degree of raw water and sewage plant imports and the removal rate of organic matter in the treatment process, as well as the organic pollution degree of industrial circulating water.
