Test method
salicylic acid colorimetry.This instrument is an automatic on-line monitoring equipment developed by Hangzhou Modi-Tech based on the relevant standard method – salicylic acid spectrophotometry.
Principle
After the sample is filtered by the online preprocessing device, it is sent into the reaction tank. In the reaction tank, the analyzer first measures and stores the blank value of the sample. Then, the instrument automatically adds masking agent, salicylic acid color reagent, environmental control solution and other reagents in sequence. After adding the reagents and mixing them thoroughly, the instrument performs a color reaction according to the user’s set reaction time to change the indicator color. Within the measurement range, the degree of color change is directly proportional to the concentration of ammonia nitrogen in the water sample. By measuring the degree of color change, the content of ammonia nitrogen in the water sample can be calculated.
