System Overview
The pre-treated water sample is injected into a special reactor by an injection pump and reacts with oxidizing reagents. All forms of mercury in the water sample are uniformly oxidized into divalent mercury ion, and then excess oxidant is reduced, and then the pH of the solution is adjusted, and the characteristic color developing agent is added for extraction and color developing reaction. The degree of color change is proportional to the total mercury concentration in the water sample, and the total mercury content in the water sample can be calculated by measuring the degree of color change. The on-line extraction technology is used to reduce the detection line of the on-line mercury analyzer in water, so that the instrument can be used for real-time continuous monitoring of mercury concentration in water in various industries.
Measurement Method
Photoelectric colorimetric method, the measurement results conform to GB 7469-87; All forms of mercury (including different valence states, organic states, complex states, etc.) are converted into the same valence state by acidification digestion at high temperature, and the total content of various mercury in surface water and industrial wastewater is measured by color development after other interfering ions are masked.
