System Overview
The pre-treated water sample is injected into a special reactor by the injection pump to react with strong acidic reagents, so that all forms of nickel in the solution are present as divalent nickel ions, and then neutralize the excess acid and add masking agent to eliminate the interference of coexistence ions, and then add oxidizing agent to uniformly oxidize all forms of nickel in the water sample to trivalent nickel, and finally add characteristic color developer for color reaction. In the measuring range, the degree of gas color change is proportional to the total nickel concentration in the water sample, and the nickel content in the water sample can be calculated by measuring the change in color.
Measurement Method
Acid oxidation and optical colorimetric determination have wider applicability and accuracy than selective electrode method and anodic stripping voltammetry.
Multiple Options Are Available
Timing measurement enables the instrument to be started every day at any time the user wants to monitor;
Isochronous measurement can automatically start the instrument for measurement every few hours at a fixed time interval every day;
Continuous measurement can realize automatic sample measurement one by one, which can be used for product acceptance and related technical certification;
