System Overview
T8000-pb online analyzer for lead in water is a new generation of automatic online monitoring equipment based on Chinese standards. After the pre-treated water sample is injected into a special reactor by an injection pump, it is first reacted with acidic oxidation reagents, and all forms of lead in the water sample are uniformly oxidized into divalent lead ions, then the PH value of the solution is adjusted, and masking agent is added. Finally, color developing agent is added into the mixed solution for display reaction. The absorbance of the color developing solution is proportional to the concentration of total lead in the water sample, and the content of total lead in the water sample can be calculated by measuring the absorbance.
Measurement Method
Optical colorimetry. High temperature acidification digestion, all forms of lead (including different valence states, organic states, complex states, etc.) into the same valence state, after adjusting the pH value of the solution and hiding other interfering ions to measure the total content of various lead in surface water and industrial wastewater.
Multiple Options Are Available
Timing measurement enables the instrument to be started every day at any time the user wants to monitor;
Isochronous measurement can automatically start the instrument for measurement every few hours at a fixed time interval every day;
Continuous measurement can realize automatic sample measurement one by one, which can be used for product acceptance and related technical certification;
Manual measurement can realize the user to start the measurement at any time, and can be used for field experiment comparison and equipment installation and debugging.
