System Overview

 

The pre-treated water sample is injected into the digestion reaction tank by the injection pump. The water sample first reacts with the acidic oxidant to oxidize all forms of cadmium in the water sample into divalent cadmium, and then the pH of the solution is adjusted to make it reach strong alkali, and then the characteristic color developing agent is added for extraction color developing reaction. In the measuring range, the degree of color change of the aqueous solution is proportional to the concentration of cadmium in the water sample, and the content of cadmium in the water sample can be calculated by measuring the color change. Through the on-line extraction technology section, the detection limit of the on-line cadmium analyzer in water is reduced, so that the on-line cadmium analyzer in water has become a professional instrument for real-time continuous monitoring of cadmium solubility in water in various industries.
