System Overview

T8000-Mn Total Manganese online analyzer is a new generation of automatic online monitoring equipment based on the standard method of China’s environmental protection industry.

Principle

After the pre-treated water sample is injected into a special reactor by an injection pump, it first reacts with a reducing reagent to uniformly reduce all forms of manganese in the water sample to bivalent manganese ions, then adjusts the PH value of the solution, and finally adds a characteristic color developer for color reaction. Within the measurement range, the degree of color change is proportional to the total manganese concentration in the water sample. By measuring the degree of color change, the amount of total manganese in the water sample can be calculated.
