System Overview

The T8000-Sn Total Tin on-line analyzer is a fully automatic on-line analyzer controlled by an embedded system and can be applied to a variety of water quality such as river water, surface water and industrial wastewater. After the sample is filtered, it is pumped into the reactor, first of all, the masking agent is injected to eliminate the interfering substances, then the pH value of the solution is adjusted to make the solution have a suitable pH, and then the characteristic color developer is added to react with tin in water for color development, and the absorbance of the reactants is measured. The concentration of tin in the sample is calculated from the absorbance value and the correction factor stored by the monitor.

1.The water sample pretreatment device adopts maintenance-free design, which can ensure that the maintenance cycle of the pretreatment device exceeds half a year.

2.The chemical digestion time can be adjusted, and the determination process and results meet the national standard HJ569-2011 of China’s environmental protection industry.

3.All imported devices and innovative analytical flow path design and reagent formulation ensure measurement reproducibility, which can reach 5% at present.

4.Automatic operation, no personnel on duty, can achieve automatic zero, automatic calibration, automatic measurement, automatic cleaning, automatic maintenance, self-protection, automatic recovery and other intelligent functions.

5.Online monitoring methods are diversified, which can realize manual measurement at any time, automatic timing measurement, automatic periodic measurement and other measurement methods.

6.Automatic leakage alarm function, when there is a reagent leak, the instrument automatically alarms, prompting the user to maintain.

7.Operation and maintenance is extremely simple, no professional training is required.

8.The electrical part and the fluid part are completely isolated, and the embedded control system is used for fully automatic operation.
