System Overview

 

After the samples to be tested are sent to the digestion reaction tank, strong oxidants are added, followed by ultraviolet heating digestion. Under the irradiation of ultraviolet light, various organic interfering substances are rapidly decomposed, and all forms of zinc are uniformly oxidized to bivalent zinc. Then reducing agents are added to react excess oxidants, and then characteristic chromogenic agents are added for color reaction after adjusting the acidity of the solution. The depth of color is proportional to the total zinc content in the water sample, and the absorbance value of the reaction product is measured by photometry, so as to obtain the total zinc content in the water sample. On-line zinc in water analyzer is a professional instrument for real-time and continuous monitoring of zinc concentration in water of various industries.

 

Measurement Method

 

All forms of zinc were converted to the same valence state by acidification digestion at high temperature, and the total content of various zinc in surface water and industrial wastewater was measured by color development after other interfering ions were masked.

Multiple options are available

Timing measurement enables the instrument to be started every day at any time the user wants to monitor;

Isochronous measurement can automatically start the instrument for measurement every few hours at a fixed time interval every day;

Continuous measurement can realize automatic sample measurement one by one, which can be used for product acceptance and related technical certification;

Manual measurement can realize the user to start the measurement at any time, and can be used for field experiment comparison and equipment installation and debugging.

System Features

 

Ultraviolet digestion technology can shorten the measurement time of the sample and remove the interference material, and the single measurement time is not more than 5min.

Chemical reaction time can be adjusted, the determination process and results meet the relevant national standards;

The adjustable quantitative sampling device ensures that the instrument can accurately measure various water samples by adjusting the reagent dosage and sampling amount;

The use of non-contact injection pump to avoid direct corrosion of reagent reagent pump, which can extend the life of core components and reduce user costs;
