System Overview
T8000-V is a fully automatic online vanadium monitoring instrument controlled by an embedded system, which can be used for various water qualities such as river water, surface water, and industrial wastewater. After the sample is filtered, it is pumped into the reactor. Firstly, a masking agent is injected to eliminate interfering substances. Then, the pH value of the solution is adjusted to make it have a suitable pH value. Then, a characteristic chromogenic agent is added to react with vanadium in water, and the absorbance of the reactants is measured; Calculate the concentration of vanadium in the sample based on the absorbance value and the correction factor stored in the monitor.
