System Overview
SiO2-8000 water silicon/silicate online analyzer is a fully automatic online monitoring instrument controlled by an embedded system. It adopts new design concepts and industry-proven technologies combined with various methods to continuously monitor the content of silicon or silicate in water.
principle
After the sample is filtered, it is pumped into the reactor, first of all, the masking agent is injected to eliminate the interfering substances, then the pH value of the solution is adjusted to make the solution have a suitable pH, and then the characteristic color developing agent is added for color developing reaction, and the absorbance of the reactants is measured. The concentration of silicon in the water sample can be calculated by the absorbance value.
