Measurement Principle
OIL900 In-water Oil (Animal and vegetable oil) analyzer is specially designed to measure oil (animal and vegetable oil) concentration in water. The instrument uses the infrared method to measure the concentration of oil molecules in water. The water sample is sent to the colorimetric pool after the pretreatment device, and the light source is irradiated to the oil molecules in the colorimetric pool in parallel to generate the absorption spectrum. The change of the absorbed light intensity is related to the oil content in the water, and the change of the light intensity is detected by the optical sensor and calculated by the control system.
